Our outreach programs are designed to provide maximum benefit to our communities through our league volunteers, community partnerships and direct financial support.
How You Can Help
Without the support from our sponsors, donations, and event participants from within the community, the Junior League of Murfreesboro would be unable to fulfill our mission and to carry out crucial programs offered to the community. Whether you would like to sponsor a fundraiser or make a small donation, the Junior League of Murfreesboro is grateful for the support in creating projects and programs that benefits local non-profits, women and children.
The Junior League organizes and manages several fundraisers throughout the year. Because our League is primarily volunteer-based, almost every dollar earned through these efforts is allocated to our community outreach projects and direct financial contributions.
The Junior League does accept donations from individuals and organizations that would like to aid in our community-based programs.
The Junior League of Murfreesboro is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.
The Junior League of Murfreesboro has chosen the Signature Community Impact area of Health and Wellness. Through this Impact area we hope to improve our community by helping in areas of fitness, nutrition, undernourishment, healthy choices, disease awareness, and any other area that would build a better Murfreesboro.
Reaching Out Statement
The Junior League of Murfreesboro reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and a commitment to voluntarism.
We are a diverse group of women building a better community through a commitment to advocacy, leadership, multiculturalism and a commitment to children.
Our focus areas are Women and Children at Risk, Educational Disadvantage, Health, Voluntarism and Quality of Life.
What We Do
We explore the needs of our community, concentrating on our focus areas. We establish or affiliate with projects and programs to meet those needs. We provide trained volunteers and financial assistance.
